 Commerical and Industrial cleaning requires a special kind of approach - one which we are extremely passionate about at Alpha Cleaning. To make sure that your premises are as clean and inviting to your employees and customers alike, we have developed a 5-Step plan to meet the most demanding of requirements.
Step 1 - Getting to Know Each Other
Alpha Cleaning is so confident that we can meet your requirements and build a long-lasting relationship we offer an initial three month trial contract so you're not locked into a long term contract from day one. During this time we can develop the next steps together and make sure that we are both happy with the partnership. After the first three months all we ask for is a 12 month contract at the already agreed rates.
Step 2 - Cleaning Matrix
Working with you we'll establish a detail plan and schedule of exactly what needs doing, when and how often. This Matrix of activities forms the plan which makes sure that we both know what our responsibilities are and prove just how good Alpha Cleaning is! This is flexible and designed to change from time to time as your needs change.
Step 3 - Dedicated Staff
We are an Investor in People organisation using motivated and conscientious employees rather than anonymous contractors. We allocate well-trained staff to you and make them directly accountable and responsible for the Cleaning Matrix. Training is carried out to exacting cleaning standards (as laid down by the BICSc) and in any special needs which may apply to your environment.
Step 4 - Active Monitoring
All Alpha Cleaning staff have to register on our monitoring system when they arrive and when they leave your premises to ensure 100% job completion and no early-leavers! We use an alert monitoring system which notifies us if a cleaner fails to register attendance at your premises. This enables us to despatch a replacement team without you even knowing and offer a 100% reliability guarantee!
Step 5 - Auditing
To make sure that Alpha Cleaning continues to meet your expectations and deliver a focused, high quality service we carry out audit checking at regular intervals agreed with you. You are invited to view our meticulous review procedures, including how and what we are looking for. This review is fully documented and results in a report from us to you detailing any areas in which we are not reaching Alpha Cleaning's 100% quality standards and what we are doing to rectify this. We like to avoid any potential problems before they happen but be open and honest with you when they do. In this way you can trust that we can solve them and make sure they don't happen again.
